New York City private-party dancer requests: plan the building handoff
An entertainer reaching the right street is not the same as reaching the agreed event space. For a New York City apartment, hotel or private room, resolve property permission, lobby access and the host handoff before treating the arrival plan as settled. This worksheet helps you ask the right questions without putting private entry details on a public page.
Make the location precise enough for a quote
Give the borough, city/state and ZIP code rather than just “New York.” State whether the proposed address is in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx or Staten Island. If your group is staying in New Jersey but celebrating in New York City, distinguish the lodging address from the event address. Do not assume a shared regional gallery means the same travel arrangements or price apply to every address.
Through the private booking channel, provide the street number, street name and useful entrance description. Check the building name against the actual entrance rather than relying only on a map pin. If an invitation lists a restaurant or meetup point first, clearly identify which location is the proposed performance space. No address in this guide is a recommended or approved venue.
Resolve property permission before making an arrival plan
Ask the person responsible for the property whether the specific adults-only entertainment format is allowed. Permission to invite guests, reserve a room or rent an apartment does not automatically establish permission for a performance. Confirm any relevant house, rental or venue rules directly. Do not describe entertainment inaccurately to gain entry or ask a performer to bypass building procedures.
If permission is uncertain, keep it marked unresolved and discuss another plan with the booking contact. A concierge, doorman or front-desk team may handle access without having authority to approve the event format. Find out who can answer the permission question and who will handle the actual arrival; these may be different people.
Review your New York City arrival questions
Use these six prompts before contacting the booking team. Marking a prompt reviewed records only your progress on this screen. It does not verify a fact, accept terms, grant property permission or confirm a booking. There are no personal-detail fields; progress is not saved or sent and resets when you reload.
Distinguish the performance address from lodging, dinner and the group’s meetup point.
Identify who can approve the event format; do not assume a room reservation answers this question.
Discuss the permitted entry steps and who will meet the assigned entertainer.
Ask about the actual floor, permitted elevator/stairs and any access concern that needs discussion.
Keep unit numbers, access codes and private contact details out of public comments and general invitations.
Check the date, assignment, scope, full price and any proposed change; an unanswered request remains unresolved.
0 of 6 planning prompts reviewed. No request has been sent or reservation confirmed.
Use a two-part entry worksheet
| Planning question | What to resolve | Privacy boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Right property | Borough, full address and correct entrance | Keep the exact private event address out of public comments |
| Permission | Who approves the proposed format, and what remains undecided? | Do not share private rental documents with the whole guest group |
| Lobby handoff | Who meets the assigned entertainer, and how can that host be reached? | Use the agreed private contact route |
| Building procedure | Is guest registration, an escort or another entry step required? | Never post access codes or identity documents in a group invitation |
| Route to the room | Which floor, elevator or permitted stairs lead to the agreed space? | Share room/unit details only through the necessary private channel |
| Exit and support | Who can help if access fails, and how does the entertainer leave safely? | Do not circulate the entertainer’s private contact details without permission |
Choose a reachable arrival host
Assign one adult host to the building handoff and a backup if that person becomes unavailable. The arrival host should know the current plan, be able to reach the room’s responsible person and understand the building procedure. A guest who is still traveling to the party is not a reliable lobby contact.
For a staffed lobby, ask how an expected entertainer or outside service provider is registered and met. For an unstaffed entrance, agree on a lawful, safe handoff rather than leaving a door unsecured or asking someone to follow another resident inside. If the building has an accessibility or elevator concern, discuss the actual route in advance without requesting private medical information.
Allow for check-in without promising travel times
Distinguish the proposed building arrival from the requested performance start. Ask what setup or changing arrangements are needed and whether the property permits them. Do not promise that a performer can get from another borough or across a state line in a fixed number of minutes. The actual address, schedule, assignment and quote must be confirmed directly.
If the event moves to a different room or building, notify the booking contact. Updating the group chat does not update an entertainer’s agreed instructions. Use the time-and-address change worksheet to compare old and proposed details. A change request does not establish a new price, acceptance or refund outcome.
Know what to do if access does not work
Have the host contact the booking team through the established route and explain the specific problem: wrong entrance, unavailable host, permission dispute or room not ready. Do not pressure staff to ignore their rules, move a performance into a public corridor or tell the group that an unagreed substitute location is confirmed. Resolve the next step directly and retain the actual response.
Discuss waiting, schedule changes, cancellation and payment questions under the applicable agreed terms; this guide does not create new fees or refund rules. Keep a factual note of the issue and contact time. Do not photograph another person’s ID or send government documents by email to solve a lobby dispute.
Connect the plan to the correct gallery and profile reference
Browse the existing New York male gallery or New York female gallery. Saint M23 is an existing profile linked from the New York male gallery; use the name and number only to communicate a preference. The mapping does not establish residence, verified identity or availability for your date. The New York and New Jersey galleries share a regional roster, so specify the actual event location when you ask for a quote.
All attendees and entertainers must meet the applicable adult-age requirements. Respect individual participation and recording choices, the entertainer’s boundaries and property rules. No sexual services are offered. For the initial event details, use the reservation-request checklist; for sound responsibilities, see the music setup guide.
