Public safety standards · Draft contract terms

Clear rules. Respectful performances.

These standards describe the conduct Stripper Gods expects from people who visit, apply, request, arrange, or participate in a lawful adult-entertainment event.

These draft terms describe standards for potential service arrangements. These are draft terms for future service arrangements. The checkboxes on the preview forms do not transmit or store assent. Before any service starts, the legal operator’s full name and notice address, final terms, privacy process, and affirmative agreement records must be in place.

They may not depict an actual performer or reflect the current roster, appearance, availability, or services. Confirm performer identity and availability directly before making a reservation.

1. General participation standards

These are the proposed safety standards for every customer, performer, guest, agency, venue, or other participant using or participating in a Stripper Gods service:

These standards are a company policy and proposed condition of participation. They do not automatically create a contract with every person merely because that person is associated with the brand. Where an agreement requires assent, the applicable participant must separately accept it or sign it.

2. Proposed customer terms and arbitration

Draft for future customer click-through. The final checkout must identify the actual legal operator and show the complete customer terms before the customer submits a request or pays.

Customer and the identified operator would agree that disputes arising from the website, account, request, reservation-support service, fee, or customer-operator relationship are resolved by final, individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association under the applicable consumer rules, except for an eligible individual small-claims case, permitted court requests for temporary relief, and claims or proceedings that applicable law does not allow to be arbitrated.

The Federal Arbitration Act would govern where applicable; otherwise California’s arbitration law would apply. California contract law would govern subject to mandatory law that cannot lawfully be displaced. The arbitration clause must provide a neutral decision-maker, a fair opportunity to present evidence, any remedies available under applicable law, and fees allocated as required by law and the administrator’s rules.

The agreement would not prevent a customer or anyone else from reporting suspected crime, contacting or cooperating with law enforcement or regulators, participating in an investigation, or exercising rights protected by law. It would not bind a government agency or bar public enforcement.

Customer–performer disputes are not covered by the customer–operator clause. A customer and performer would need their own separately accepted agreement before their dispute could be sent to arbitration.

3. Proposed performer terms and arbitration

Draft for a separate performer agreement. A performer would need a separate, conspicuous agreement with the identified operator covering the actual listing, referral, booking, and payment arrangement. The performer would affirmatively accept or sign that agreement before a profile is activated or work is referred.

That agreement may provide for neutral, individual arbitration in Los Angeles County under the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable and otherwise California arbitration law, administered under the provider’s applicable employment or other rules required by law. It must preserve worker protections, allow a fair process and lawful remedies, allocate fees as required by law, and preserve the right to report or cooperate with government agencies.

A contract label does not determine whether someone is an employee or independent contractor. The real relationship and applicable law control. These terms do not transfer all legal responsibility or taxes to the performer.

5. How assent would work at launch

  1. The customer sees the full customer terms and arbitration provision before submitting a booking request or payment, then actively checks an initially empty box.
  2. The performer receives a separate performer agreement and arbitration provision, then signs or actively accepts it before listing or referrals.
  3. The system records the person’s identity/account, exact terms version, timestamp, and affirmative choice. It does not rely on an age checkbox, a footer link, passive browsing, or mere association.
  4. Any later changes are presented for renewed assent where required. A person who has not accepted the applicable agreement is not represented as bound by its arbitration clause.

The present preview does not record assent. The mock checkboxes only demonstrate where the future acceptance step belongs.

6. Legal operator and contact

Before real bookings, applications, or payments are enabled, this page must identify the correct legal entity operating the service, its business address, and a working legal-notice contact. Do not substitute the brand name for an entity name unless it is in fact the contracting legal party.
