The planned application flow is for adults interested in lawful performance work. Age confirmation is one checkpoint; identity review, partner checks, and safety review must also be completed before any profile is listed or booking is considered.

I confirm that information I provide in a real application will be accurate, and I will follow applicable laws and the agreed performance boundaries. I understand I may decline a request that feels unsafe or falls outside my stated boundaries, and I can report coercion, trafficking concerns, or unsafe conduct. I understand these acknowledgments do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived or remove another party’s legal responsibilities. I have read the Performer Terms and proposed arbitration clause. If this were a live application, checking this box would be my affirmative agreement to the separate performer terms with the identified operator, including individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, subject to worker protections and applicable law.

The real onboarding process needs secure identity handling, a privacy notice, a human-review protocol, and market-specific legal review before applications open.

Important for launch

A checkbox by itself does not verify a performer’s age or identity. The live system must use a documented verification process, restrict access to any sensitive records, define who may review them, and provide a way to correct or appeal an application decision. Performer classification and any booking/referral model also need careful review before launch.
