What to Include in a Dancer Booking Request
A useful first message makes it easier to discuss your party without treating an unanswered request as a reservation. This checklist works for male or female entertainment, whether you are organizing a bachelor party, bachelorette party, birthday, or adults-only gathering.
1. Start with the event, not just the date
Include the city, state, event date, local start time, expected guest count, and party type. Tell the organizer whether you want a short appearance or a longer event presence. An event that begins at 8 p.m. may need entertainment at 9 p.m.; state which time you mean. If your group is traveling, give the event location rather than your home city.
2. Describe the venue and arrival arrangements
Identify the venue type: a private home, hotel suite, rented event room, or another permitted setting. Explain parking, stairs, building access, check-in procedures, and any limits on music or guest numbers. Ask the venue whether your proposed entertainment is allowed before making financial commitments. Give the full address and private contact details only through the organizer’s verified private channel, not public comments.
3. Make preferences clear and flexible
Explain whether your group prefers male or female entertainment and which gallery profile caught your attention. A profile preference is a request; promotional artwork does not establish the identity of the person who will attend. Ask what can be confirmed and whether a substitute may be offered under the booking terms. Do not organize the entire itinerary around one requested performer before receiving confirmation.
4. Discuss the experience everyone is comfortable with
Ask the guest of honor privately about preferences before arranging a surprise. Tell the organizer about accessibility needs, the planned audience, and any themes you would like to discuss. Clarify participation, photography, recording, physical-contact boundaries, and the option to decline participation. Guests and entertainers should be able to communicate their limits clearly.
5. Ask for one complete cost explanation
Request the total price, what is included, any travel charges, the amount due in advance, and who receives each payment. Ask when any remaining balance is due and what the written cancellation or substitution terms say. Set a discretionary group budget and agree how shared expenses will be divided before anyone sends money. Avoid putting identity documents, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in an initial public inquiry.
A first-message template you can adapt
“I’m planning an adults-only [party type] in [city, state] on [date]. We expect [guest count] guests and would like to discuss [male/female] entertainment beginning at [local time] for approximately [duration]. Our venue is a [venue type]. Our preferences are [preferences], and our entertainment budget is [budget]. What information do you need, what costs apply, and how are the performer and date confirmed?”
Before you treat it as booked
A submitted inquiry, a gallery selection, or an expression of interest is not a confirmed reservation. Confirm the performer and date through the reservation process and review the written terms before paying. A substitute may be offered under those terms. Any customer terms still marked draft should be treated as draft.
